These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Crystal Arts Academy website and enrollment in any of our classes, camps, or programs (“Services”). By using our website or signing up for a class, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Enrollment
Classes are open to students of the ages and skill levels listed in the program description. Enrollment is not guaranteed until payment is received and you receive confirmation from us. We reserve the right to place a student in the most appropriate class based on age, skill, and coach availability.
2. Trial Classes
We offer a free trial class for new students, subject to availability. Trial classes must be scheduled in advance. The free trial is limited to one per student. After the trial, enrollment in a regular class requires payment of the applicable program fees.
3. Fees & Payments
Program fees are described at the time of enrollment and are due in advance unless otherwise arranged. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or as outlined in our cancellation policy. We may suspend participation if fees are not paid on time.
4. Cancellations, Refunds & Make-ups
Class cancellations due to weather, coach illness, or facility issues may be made up at our discretion or credited toward a future session. We do not provide refunds for missed classes. Requests to withdraw from a session must be made in writing and are subject to the refund schedule communicated at enrollment.
5. Health, Safety & Medical
Parents or guardians are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or limitations that may affect a student’s participation. We are not responsible for pre-existing injuries or conditions aggravated by participation. In case of emergency, we will attempt to contact the parent or guardian and may seek emergency medical care if needed.
6. Code of Conduct
We expect students and families to treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect. We reserve the right to dismiss any student from the program for unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior without refund.
7. Photo & Video Release
We may take photos or videos during classes and events for promotional, instructional, and social-media use. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please notify us in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Crystal Arts Academy provides gymnastics instruction in a safe, supervised environment. However, participation in any physical activity involves inherent risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystal Arts Academy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our programs or use of our website.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
